Shawn just joined S.U.N. back in December, but you'd never know it. From day one, he's brought an energy and enthusiasm that's been absolutely contagious. He jumped right in, connected with fellow members, and quickly became someone everyone looks forward to seeing at meetings.
One of the ways Shawn made an immediate impact was by organizing a Super Bowl Squares football pool for the group — a fun way to bring members together while giving back to the community. Half of all proceeds went to Safe Futures, a vital organization dedicated to providing safety and support for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault in southeastern Connecticut.
That's what S.U.N. is all about — building relationships, supporting each other's businesses, and making a difference in our community. Shawn embodies all of that, and we're proud to have him as part of our network.
